Choose your organization segment
Understand how the segment choice during onboarding defines which modules and connectors are available to your team.
Valerium serves different business types through segments. When you create your team, you choose the segment that best describes your operation. This choice customizes the sidebar, available connectors, and active modules.
Available segments
- Health — for clinics, practices, and hospitals (includes records, patients, and appointments).
- Food Service — for restaurants and delivery networks (includes iFood, Uber Eats, and 99Food connectors).
- Real Estate — for agencies and brokers (includes lead CRM, kanban, and broker profiles).
- Agency — for marketing, communications, and services agencies.
- General Management — for businesses that do not fit the verticals above.
How to change the segment later
The segment can be changed in the team settings at any time. The change only affects which modules are shown in the interface — existing data is preserved. We recommend reviewing active modules after any segment change.
