Integrations in one place: connection health, catalog and a preview of the data
Integrations tend to live scattered around: one menu to install, another to see errors, a third for webhooks. In Valerium all of it lives on a single screen with four tabs: Connected, Catalog, Analytics, and Fields and webhooks.
Connected: what matters first
The tab opens with three numbers — active connections, the ones needing attention, and events this month — and a list with problems at the top. Each row has the right action to fix it (reconnect, open the app card, see the webhook deliveries) and a View data button showing the last 10 rows that connection brought in or sent out: HubSpot contacts that became customers, Linear tasks, exports to QuickBooks Online or Xero, Stripe charges, webhook deliveries with their HTTP status.
Catalog: only what works today
The catalog lists what you can connect now, grouped by category, with each card's copy in Portuguese and English. What does not connect yet is collapsed at the end, per category, and only shows if you open it. We prefer a short, honest list to a pretty logo that does nothing.
- HubSpot: contacts come in as Valerium customers
- Linear: tasks show up in the productivity module
- QuickBooks Online and Xero: export of entries with attachments
- Stripe: charges and subscriptions in USD
- Slack: notifications for the team (nothing is collected from your account)
- API and webhooks: receive events in your own system, with a delivery history
Fields and webhooks
Custom fields let you store what your business needs on customers and records; webhooks tell your own system when something happens. Both screens live in the same tab, with a switch between them — and webhook deliveries are logged with status and attempts, so an endpoint that is down never fails silently.
